'I DON'T FEEL LIKE DOING "IT" ..I JUST HAVE TO DO IT.
As you know, the name of any game is "motivation" , It gives you the energy you need to do the things you want to do but don't feel like doing.
The first step is to read the section on "stinking thinking" so that you can free yourself from the negative thoughts that erode our motivation. Important to remember that it isn't what happens that causes you to feel bent out of shape whenever life rains on your parade. It's your head talk. What you choose to tell yourself about any and all issues.
What motivates Margaret may not motivate Mary. Find your own motivators and practice using them until they become habits.
A great motivator is telling others what you plan to do. The more you talk about it, the more you increase the possibility of doing it.
If you think you can, you can. But, if you think you can't, that also works.
